And while we’re sad to say goodbye to lazy days and balmy evenings, there’s something rather comforting about the arrival of autumn. The children are back at school, many of us are back in the office and we’re getting back into our day-to-day routines.

“I love intermittent fasting as it can fit around my patients’ busy lifestyles and still help them to get results,” Gabriela explains.
In fact, she has had so much success with the method in her private clinics, she decided to develop her own take on the plan, creating two intermittent fasting programmes – GP4:3 and GP16:8 – which we can now all access from home.
