Trigger warning: This article contains discussion of eating disorders
A size 4 model has shared a heartbreaking video calling out a producer for telling her to lose weight.
Despite having had an eating disorder in the past, size 4 model Anna Gantt (who posts on TikTok under @annavgantt) said she’d been told to lose weight for a campaign.
Take a look at the video below. Please note, some viewers may find this content distressing and/or triggering.
Anna begins by saying she hates being a model sometimes, as she is visibly upset by the casting she has just come from.
“These are days that I f*****g hate being a model,” Anna says, “because I am never good enough.”
Anna goes on to explain how she’s been modelling since 2014 and is now just 22 years old.
Despite her experience, and having started out as a size 0, she went on to explain how she was much healthier now than she once was.
“Now I’m a size 4-6 and I’m s**t on everyday because I’m not a skeleton and I’m not unhealthy anymore.”

She then revealed how her feelings were hurt by the producer and the casting director for a casting she’d just come from.
“I’m 5’10. I’m healthy. I suffered with an eating disorder for years and I finally feel confident at my size.
“I’ve gained 35 pounds in the past five years, really, and I look great. I’m still thin.”
Anna then reveals how tough it is to live in New York City, admitting that living in the city can make people think they’re “not enough” and “have to live some unhealthy lifestyle to make it”.

“I’m too small for plus-size. I’m too big for whatever the f**k standard size 0-2 is,” the model continued.
Referring back to when she started at the age of 15, Anna goes on to say it is very rare that being that small is natural.
