To be honest, staying motivated during the lockdown was challenging sometimes. I took this transformation as a mission, I reminded myself every single day that if I do not push myself I will never see the new version of me. When I started seeing results and started fitting in my old clothes, pushing myself was easier and further motivated me more to continue my journey.
How do you ensure you don’t lose focus? In the beginning, it was tough to get into a new routine altogether and that too during the lockdown. After 2, 3 weeks later it got easier to focus, whenever I felt that I am losing focus I kept on imagining the new version of me, old photos, old favourite clothes. It was not easy but not impossible also.
What shape do you see yourself 10 years down the line? 10 years down the line I want to inspire others, to be a motivator to others who are still struggling to lose weight or face body shaming as I experienced, and to be a fitness trainer.
What are the lifestyle changes you made? I practised drinking 4 litres of water and taking care of bingeing. I started to educate myself more in nutritious foods and macros. Quit junk foods and any kind of sweets.
