My breakfast: Something simple and desi like poha, toast , eggs (any kind) with a cup of tea of coffee without sugar.
My lunch: A bowl of daal and some subji with a portion of rice.
My dinner: Lightly stir-fried or tossed chicken breast, or paneer. Both are excellent protein sources
Pre-workout/ Post-workout meal: None, but I made sure I had adequate water which kept me hydrated and energized.
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I try to have some sweets or junk food when I can but remain conscious.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Oats brownies- they taste delicious, and have fewer calories than regular brownies.
