To make a quick amla tea, take a vessel and pour 2 cups of water. Once the water starts heating, add 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 2 leaves of tulsi and 1 teaspoon of dried amla powder. Boil this blend. Strain it and add honey and pinch of black pepper. Drink it daily.

You can also add cumin seeds to the tea, but make sure you don’t add more than ½ teaspoon of it. Also, if you are a Diabetic then drinking this tea without honey or sugar is the best thing to manage sugar levels.
